Zhejiang Liyuan Heavy Industries Sci-tech Co., Ltd. was established in July 2009 with a registered capital of RMB 198,000,000 under the approval of the industrial and commercial administrative department. The company consists of the ingot casting factory, No. 1 forging factory, No. 2 forging factory and the physicochemical testing center and technical research center, which is located in No. 2900, Kaifa Avenue, Binhai industrial area of Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, with an area of 74,448 square meters and a total construction area of about 64,671 square meters.
The company started to be constructed in 2012 and brought on stream in February 2015 [at the same time, Taizhou Haima Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. moved and merged (the company set up the professional die steel forging in 1997)]. At present, the company has invested about 380 million yuan of fixed assets, with a total investment of about 430 million. The main equipment includes the 60-ton EBT electric arc furnace, the 60-ton LF refining furnace and the 60-ton VOD vacuum refining furnace cast production line, and 1 set of 72MN high-speed forging hydraulic press, 1 set of 36MN forging oil press, 1 set of 3-ton electro hydraulic hammer, 2 sets of 6-ton electro hydraulic hammers, 9 sets of all-digital heating furnaces, 4 sets of annealing furnaces, 22 quenched-tempered heat treatments, 25 sawing machines, 15 large-scale machining milling machines, and 26 large-scale machining centers. The company has built a high-tech industrial chain of special steel from raw materials-smelting-refining-forging-Heat treatment-finishing-physicochemical testing. The company, equipped with a strong technical force, is able to produce die steel forgings according to Chinese GB, American AISI, Japanese JIS, and German DIN, Sweden SS, European EN and other standards to meet the needs of users, and provide special steel forgings for the electric power, petrochemical, boiler, machinery, ship, aviation, military industry, etc.
