The company started to be constructed in 2012 and brought on stream in February 2015 [at the same time, Taizhou Haima Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. moved and merged (the company set up the professional die steel forging in 1997)]. At present, the company has invested about 380 million yuan of fixed assets, with a total investment of about 430 million. The main equipment includes the 60-ton EBT electric arc furnace, the 60-ton LF refining furnace and the 60-ton VOD vacuum refining furnace cast production line, and 1 set of 72MN high-speed forging hydraulic press, 1 set of 36MN forging oil press, 1 set of 3-ton electro hydraulic hammer, 2 sets of 6-ton electro hydraulic hammers, 9 sets of all-digital heating furnaces, 4 sets of annealing furnaces, 22 quenched-tempered heat treatments, 25 sawing machines, 15 large-scale machining milling machines, and 26 large-scale machining centers. The company has built a high-tech industrial chain of special steel from raw materials-smelting-refining-forging-Heat treatment-finishing-physicochemical testing. The company, equipped with a strong technical force, is able to produce die steel forgings according to Chinese GB, American AISI, Japanese JIS, and German DIN, Sweden SS, European EN and other standards to meet the needs of users, and provide special steel forgings for the electric power, petrochemical, boiler, machinery, ship, aviation, military industry, etc.

1998

Taizhou Haima Heavy Die Forging Co., Ltd. was established. At the same time, it established a strategic partnership with Baosteel and Anshan Iron and Steel to provide high-quality die steel and large forgings to customers all over the country.

2005

Zhejiang Taizhou Liyuan Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the production of large and precise mold bases, as an extension of die steel forgings, to better serve mold customers. At the same time, we acted as the agent of German Gelitz high-end die steel and opened the sales ceiling.

2009

The construction of Zhejiang Liyuan Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was established. After preliminary investigation and investigation, the project was approved and started in 2012. The ingot workshop, the first forging factory, the second forging factory, and the matching physical and chemical testing center and process research center were established. . The investment in fixed assets is about 380 million, and the total investment is about 430 million. 2015

Zhejiang Liyuan Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was officially put into production, becoming a large-scale steelmaking, forging, and processing-integrated die steel manufacturer, providing customers with customized steel services, reducing customer costs and shortening delivery cycles.

2017

According to the customized needs of customers, through the adjustment of steelmaking, forging, and heat treatment processes, we have successfully developed and produced LYM2714 (55CrNiMoV7, 56CrNiMoV7) steel for hot forging molds that fully meets military requirements and has been widely recognized by the market.

2019

In order to expand production capacity and increase investment in research and development, in July 2019, new shareholders were introduced to increase capital and carry out strategic restructuring. The company ushered in new opportunities for development.

2020

The monthly output of die steel forgings officially exceeded 10,000 tons. For the first time, the weight of a single piece of forgings was 70 tons, which conformed to international die steel standards and locked in mature technology. At the same time, die steel products began to be exported to Europe, America, Taiwan and South Korea.
